While access to our general articles and newsletters is completely free, our premium newsletter subscription offers exclusive analysis, reports, and in-depth fraud prevention insights available only to paid members.


1. General Policy

All payments made toward the premium newsletter subscription are final and non-refundable.
Once a subscription is purchased, access to premium content is granted immediately — therefore, we do not issue refunds under any circumstances.

We strongly encourage users to review our offerings before making a payment.


2. Manual Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your subscription, please contact us at hello@dollarvigil.com.
Since we currently handle all cancellations manually, your request will be processed by our team.

Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium content until the end of your current billing period. Your subscription will then be deactivated, and no further charges will occur.

Please note that no refunds will be provided for payments already made, as access to digital content begins immediately after purchase.


3. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may only be considered in limited cases, such as:

  • Duplicate transactions
  • Accidental double charges
  • Verified technical billing errors

If any of these apply, please contact hello@dollarvigil.com within 7 days of your payment. Our team will review and process eligible refunds on a case-by-case basis.
